Unfolding the Lotus: A Sequential Hip Opening Workshop,
Saturday, January 30th, 2-4pm
Tight hips affect everything from getting into wheel pose to picking things up off of the floor. When hips are tight, they increase the load and cause overuse of the spine. In addition to the benefits of improved range of motion, better circulation and decreased back pain, opening the hips can create an energetic shift or release as well.
We look forward to spending this year with you at the Haus!
