New to Yoga?
Congratulations! You are about to embark on a potentially life changing journey. As with anything new, please feel free to ask questions and remember to be compassionate with yourself.
How often should I practice?
You will see increased strength and flexibility if you practice 2 to 3 times per week. For truly life changing results, we recommend 4 to 5 practices per week.
What do I wear?
Be comfortable. Our studio stays warm, so dress lightly and in synthetics.( 100% cotton will soak up the sweat and feel cold and wet for the entire practice)
Should I eat before class?
We recommend a light snack about an hour before class ( banana, yoghurt or toast etc.)
Please advise your teacher of any injuries you may have.
If you are pregnant, please let us know so that we may offer modifications to keep you and baby safe and comfortable.
